Order processing & Shipping

VoIPBaez will make every attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders received before 2:00 PM EST will usually be shipped the same day, but our ability to process your order is subject to item availability, order volume, shipping restrictions and other circumstances and as such cannot be guaranteed. VoIPBaez may elect to have part or all of an order shipped directly from a manufacturer or distributor whose policies and shipping schedules may also impact delivery. Sales Tax

VoIPBaez charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Return Policy

Defective on Arrival (DOA) Returns:

Defective products may be returned to VoIPBaez within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Products found to have a manufacturer defect will be refunded or replaced with the same model. Force Majeure: Damage from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not considered defects. Devices damaged from customer loaded firmware, software or drivers are not covered under our defective return policy. We do not pay for you to ship the product back to us, however we do pay for shipping a replacement product to you if found defective. If your product fails after thirty (30) days of delivery, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most products include a one (1) year or longer manufacturer warranty.

New In Box Returns:

Products where the manufacturer packaging is unopened can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. New in box product returns will be charged a 8% restocking fee. Refunds are generally issued within 1 - 2 weeks. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Non-Returnable Products:

Under these circumstances products are not returnable to VoIPBaez:

• Products that have been removed from the manufacturer packaging;
• Software products, licenses and license keys. All software sales are final. Most of our software products include a free version to test the software before purchasing. This trial software is to be used to evaluate the performance and features of the software product;
• Products that have been password protected;
• Force Majeure: Products damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not returnable.
• Special order items ordered over the phone:The sales representative will inform the customer if it is a special order item and the customer will receive written notice before the order is processed.

Credits: 

Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
